支气管哮喘发作期患者血浆中分子含量测定的临床意义

PATIENT WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA AT ATTACK STAGE: clinical significance of determing the content of medium molecular substance (mms) in serum

近年来国内外文献报道了支气管哮喘患者血浆中分子物质(MMS)有明显升高,我们有类似报道。为进一步探讨支气管哮喘患者血浆MMS升高原因及其在哮喘发病中可能的作用,我们测定了82例支气管哮喘患者血浆MMS含量。

For further investigating the cause of MMS increased in serum and possible effect of MMS on patient with bronchial asthma at attack stage, We determined the MMS contents in 82 cases sera from patients with bronchial asthma and made a control test of MMS content in sera between arterial and venous blood.Result:1. MMS content in sera were obviously less in bronchial asthma group than in normal group, but the MMS was more markdly increased in asthma group than in normal group and strident bronchitis group. 2.MMS content in exogenetic asthma was more apparently increased than in mixt and endogenetic asthma but the later two were no significant difference with each other. 3. MMS content was a little less in arterial blood than in venous blood in normal people, but increased in strident bronchitis markdly.
