试析我国公职人员的双重道德人格

行政伦理建设在当代中国有着十分重要和非常迫切的意义。而当代中国行政伦理建设面临着许多新的问题 ,其中的一个比较棘手的难题 ,就是公职人员在不同程度上存在着双重道德人格。这种双重道德人格的存在 ,既有社会历史根源 ,又有现实的社会根源。双重道德人格的存在 ,极大地阻碍着当代中国行政伦理的建设发展。克服公职人员的双重道德人格主要从制度建设和道德教养的相互配合、相互补充入手。

It is very important and urgent to implement contemporary Chinas construction of administration ethics in face of many new questions, which of them is the phenomenon of dual moral personality of government servant in our country. The phenomenon originated from both social history and real-life is severely impeding the development of contemporary Chinas construction of administration ethics. To overcome the phenomenon must predominantly begin with the complementary and intermodulation of institutional building and moral education.
