网络思想政治工作系统的有效运行,必须有完善的法律法规,必须建立道德的“自律”机制,必须有良好的网络思想政治工作队伍作保障,并建立必要的经费投入机制。
The effective operation of network system of ideological and political work must depend on perfect law and regulations.We must establish the moral'self-discipline'mechanism,must have a good team of network ideological and political workers as guarantee and must establish necessary fund mechanism.
