研究我国入世后的涉外犯罪问题具有较强的理论与实践意义。对涉外犯罪进行界定,在刑法学意义上应着眼于犯罪主体和犯罪地两个方面。涉外犯罪主要集中在侵犯知识产权犯罪、毒品犯罪、走私犯罪、黑社会犯罪(含黑社会性质犯罪)、洗钱犯罪。涉外犯罪将对我国刑事司法实践、刑法理论、刑事政策、刑事立法等方面产生广泛而深远的影响。
