On the Situation of the Contradictions among the People and the Countermeasures after China's Entry into WTO

入世对我国的经济、政治、文化和社会生活产生了深远的影响 ,人民内部矛盾也随之出现了一些新情况、新问题、呈现出“明显增多”和“日益突出”的态势。正确处理这些人民内部矛盾 ,必须遵循服务群众、齐抓共管、预防为主、多措并举等原则 ,并健全完善预防完善调处人民内部矛盾的长效机制和社会保障体系 ,深化法制道德教育 ,大力提高广大领导干部的依法执政水平。

China's entry into WTO has produced deep influence on China's economics, politics, cultures and social life. As a result there occur new circumstances and new problems in the contradictions among people, which are in obvious increase and becoming more serious. In order to settle these contradictions among people correctly, we must abide by the principles of serving the masses, comprehensive management, prevention as priority, multi-measures. We must also perfect the long-effect system and social welfare system to prevent and deal with the contradictions among people, deepen the legal education, and energetically raise the level of law enforcement of the broad leaders.
