“从案到人”和“从人到案”是刑事侦查工作最基本的模式,但当前这两者发展不平衡,对推行“从人到案”侦查模式存在认识上的误区。强化“从人到案”侦查模式具有必然性,必须加强和规范刑事情报信息工作;组建和壮大情报信息专业分析工作队伍,建立和完善有效线索工作机制和专案侦查机制。

From case to man' and 'from man to case' are the most fundamental forms of criminal detective models, but now the two models are not balanced, and there are mistaken areas of recognition in promoting the model of 'from man to case'.
