摘要
作为我国当前普遍存在的一种企业组织形式 ,家族企业在股权结构上呈现出高度的一元化和封闭化 ,在组织管理结构上表现为“家长权威”、“特殊主义”及“人格化交易方式”。在企业发展的初期阶段 ,家族企业的制度特征有利于创业及企业的发展 ,随着企业的发展及内外部环境的变化 ,家族企业的制度变迁成为一种必然 ,其变迁的路径选择既要依托特定的文化背景和传统习惯 ,又要立足于企业发展的特定阶段这一实际 ,逐步进行适合现代市场经济要求的现代企业制度改造。
An enterprise organization that spreads widely in our country, the family enterprise presents in capital stock a centralized and close feature and in organization a “patriarchal authority” “privileged” and “personified transaction” nature. In the initial stage, such an organization can contribute to the development of the enterprise, but as the enterprise develops and the internal and external environments change, reform becomes a must. The reform must not only rely on the particular cultural backgrounds and tradition but base on the practice of the particular stage of its development, and gradually reform the system to suit the present-day market economy.
