摘要
论述了光学教学中薄膜干涉的定域问题及入射光倾角对干涉条纹的影响。衍射时斜入射的衍射图样的分布。
In this paper, the problem of specific area of film ihterference and influence of dip angle of incident light on interference stripes in optics teaching are discussed. In addition ,the distribution Of the diffraction pattern of oblique incidence in the coarse of diffraction is also analysed.
