基于概率统计和矢量代数的电能质量归一量化与评价 被引量:78

摘要 电能质量有多个分项指标,必须归一量化,以适应电能商品论质论价的要求,这是电力市场化改革提出的新课题.本文提出了基于日周期的电能质量量化和评价方法,这种方法以概率统计和矢量代数为基础,先将电能质量的分项指标(通常是时间的函数)量化和归一化,再采用矢量代数将分项指标归一量化,得到评价电能质量的综合唯一量化指标.给出了分级评价电能商品质量综合唯一量化指标的方法,使电能商品优质和优价一一对应成为可能,为电力市场输电服务的深入研究奠定了基础. The power quality is represented by several indexes showing each aspects of electric energy. The indexes have to be unified as a global unique index to meet the demand of analysis of the quality and price of electricity commodity. It is needed increasingly with the rapid developing of electricity market. As a result, a new method is presented to quantify and evaluate the power quality by selected the day cycle. The indexes showing an aspect of power quality are qualified and unified using probability and mathematical statistics and vector algebra. Then the global unique power quality index is obtained by unified the indexes representing each aspect of power quality by using vector algebra. At last, the class evaluation is presented to evaluate the global unique power quality index, which makes it possible that a class of quality for power has a corresponding price. The proposed method lays the foundation for further study of electricity market.
