王士是清初文坛的领袖级人物 ,《王渔洋事迹征略》是有关其事迹迄今为止最有分量的专著。然在取得显著成绩的同时 ,亦存在一些与交游、唱和、评论等文学活动的考订系年密切相关的失误之处 。

Wang Shizhen was a chief of the field of the literature at the beginning of Qing Dynasty.The sum of Wang Yuyang's stories is the most important monograph on his stories so far.But it had some wrong with traveling with friends,responsories,critique etc.on activities of literature in exactly years.This paper only discuss on the wrongs or mistakes of the facts in course of the studying of Wang Shizhen's life.
