摘要
中国加入WTO后,要提高我国农产品的竞争力,作为农业经营的主体--农村劳动力必须具备较高的科技文化素质、敏锐的市场经济意识、独到的改革创新精神和较强的法律法制观念.由于传统教育的缺陷和当前教育体系的不健全,农村劳动力素质普遍较低.必须以教育为本,积累农村人力资本,发展农村人力资本,提高农村人力资本质量,增强农产品竞争力.
With China's entry into WTO, there are great demands for high technological knowledge, keen market economy consciousness, and innovative spirit and acute legal sense of agricultural laborers. Due to the defects of traditional education system, the quality of present laborers is relatively low. This paper argues that emphasis must be laid on education, the accumulation and development of talents, in order to reinforce the competitiveness of farm produce.
