推进绐绍兴市产学研结合的对策研究

Application of 'Production-Learning-Research' Model in Shaoxing City

在中国已加入WTO的背景下，绍兴经济如何迎接挑战，保持强劲发展势头，已成为新世纪之初迫切需要研究的问题。经济全球化和高新技术发展是当今世界经济增长的两大引擎，充分发挥高新技术对其他产业的影响力，是提高产业竞争力的关键，产学研结合是高新技术产业化的一种主要途径。为进一步推进绍兴市产学研结合，加速科技成果转化，绍兴市政府产学研结合课题组对绍兴市产学研结合的现状进行了调研，并对此进行了分析和评估，针对存在的制约因素，提出了相应的对策。

Against the background of China's entry into WTO, how to meet with the new challenges and maintain a steady and rapid increase in economy in Shaoxing city has become an urgent and imperative issue for research. As the economic globalization and high-tech development are the two powerful engines for the world economic growth, to put high-tech in full play is the key to enhancing the competitive ability. Therefore, the combination of production, learning and research is a chief approach to industrialization of high technology. The present paper investigates the status of the application of 'Production-Learning-Research' model in Shaoxing city, and then proceeds to make an analysis and evaluation. Finally, the authors propose some corresponding solutions based on the existing constraining elements.
