摘要
与使用固定教材 ,教学围绕教材进行的传统阅读课教学模式不同 ,基于Handout的阅读课教学是一种基于学习者 ,即从学习者的需求出发 ,综合学习者的实际情况、学习者的目标而组织教学材料、组织教学的课堂教学模式。教学不使用固定教科书而代以每次课发给学生页数不等的散页讲义 (Handout) ,课堂教学强调以学生为主体 ;强调教师作为组织者、指导者和帮助者参与学生学习的过程 ,鼓励学生的自主学习 ;强调语篇训练 ,突出学习者语言应用能力的培养。
Different from the traditional model of English reading teaching which centers around a fixed textbook,the handout based English reading teaching model focuses on a skill based, practice oriented and learner centered study,involving learners' active and personal meaning construction. This learner based approach starts with learner needs, and takes learning situations and learner goals into serious consideration. It emphasizes teachers' roles as both organizer and facilitator and encourages minimal interference with the learners' language learning process and maximal learner autonomy and participation in the language classroom. It stresses the training at discourse level and linguistic proficiency.
