摘要
当前我国高等教育正处于从精英教育阶段向大众教育阶段过渡的重要时期。财政投入不足、教学基础设施与设备的相对滞后、师资队伍的数量短缺与结构失衡以及人才流动的全球化和科学技术的飞速发展使传统的高等教育质量受到严峻挑战。确立与大众高等教育相适应的教育质量观是高等教育改革与时俱进的体现。
Education in China is currently experiencing a critical period of popularization.The quality of traditional higher education is confronted with severe challenges because of insufficiency of financial input,comparatively inferiority in infrastructure and facilities for teaching,shortage and structural imbalance of the teaching staff,as well as the worldwide flow of personnel and the rapid development of technology.The establishment of the perspective of higher education quality in accordance with the popularization of higher education reflects the spirit of advancing with social evolution. Meanwhile,an effective quality control system of higher education is the precondition for continuous expansion of educational scale.
