高等教育国际化是必然趋势。抓住机遇 ,深化改革 ,积极推进高等教育大众化进程是当务之急。积极发展高等教育 ,必须加强政府的宏观调控功能 ,依法落实高等院校办学自主权 ;必须完善法规、增加投入 ;必须正确定位。

Because higher education globalization have changed into absolute tendency,the import task is to enhance higher education popularzation by grasping chance and further reform.We should strengthen the macroscopic control of goverment and implement power of colleges by law and regulation, and increase fund in order to perfect guarantee direction and quality of higher education.
