摘要
心理因素对大学知识共享既有促进作用,又有阻碍作用。通过对大学知识共享过程中出现的垄断心理、竞争心理、自我封闭心理和偏见等心理障碍的分析,提出了消除心理障碍的策略:增强以人为本的观念、减少束缚;培育共享的价值观和合作精神,建立相容的学术氛围;消除偏见,建立相互信任的校园文化。
The psychological factors play not only facilitation but also function of hindering on the knowledge sharing in university.Based on analysis of psychological obstacles to the course of knowledge sharing in university such as monopoly psychology,competition psychology,self-sealing psychology and prejudice psychology,this paper has put forward the tactics of dispelling the psychological obstacles.We must strengthen idea of the people first and reducing fetter,foster the values shared and the spirit of cooperation, set up inclusive academic atmosphere,dispel prejudice and set up the campus culture of mutual trust.
