提高学位"含金量" 保证人才培养质量——学位申请与授予中的腐败现象、原因及对策

On corruption causes and counter-measures in application and conference of academic degree

我国高等教育为国家建设与社会进步培养了大量人才。但近年来,在学位申请与授予中出现了权力滥用、考试违规、培养过程虚化、毕业论文掺杂使假等腐败现象,使学位含金量降低。为了保证人才培养质量,必须采取相应对策,完善学位管理条例,运用科学管理手段堵塞漏洞,防止学术腐败,使学位名副其实,真正做到多出人才,出好人才。

A large number of qualified graduates have been trained in institutions of higher education in our country.Yet such corruption as abuse of power,violation of regulations in examinations,nominal existence of cultivation,addition of different nature and cheat in graduation thesis prevails in applying and conferring academic degrees,which cut down the'gold content' of the degree.In order to ensure the quality of the graduates, counter-measures should be taken to perfect the degree administration regulations,plug the hole by scientific administration and guard against academic corruption,so that academic degrees will live up to their name,and qualified graduates will spring up.
