通过分析中国近十年来期刊科学文献数字化的发展历程,认为编辑现代化的基础是计算机的普及和编辑掌握现代化技术,在出版纸质期刊的同时即产生了数字化科学文献。数字化科学文献能适应现代化储存、检索、传播的需要,通过Internet能使期刊科学文献在出版的源头就可实现即时性、交互性和国际性,网络载体与纸质载体并存一段时间后,网络载体将可能成为主流载体,它赋予数字化期刊科学文献极大的生命力,编辑面对主流载体发生转换时应采取积极的对策。

According to the historical analysis on digitalization of Chinese periodical scientific document of late ten years,the author considers that the foundation of editorial modernization is the popularization of computer and the modern technology mastered by editors.The digital scientific document is produced at the same time as the traditional periodical.The document can suit the needs of the modern storage,index and propagation.Internet can make the document accomplishing immediacy,interaction and internationalism at the beginning of the publication.Network will become the main carrier which endows the document with great vitality,and is a great revolution of traditional publication pattern,so editors should take active countmeasures to it.
