右胸头胸导联诊断右室肥大的价值

DIAGNOSTIC EVALAUTION OF HEAD CHEST LEADS FOR RIGHT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY

头胸(HC)导联可客观地反映右室心电活动规律,为了探讨右胸HC导联对右室肥大的诊断价值,我们检查了单纯右室肥大及双室肥大患者48例的Wilson及HC导联心电图,与30例正常人对照,现报道如下。

Conventional right chest ECG of Wilson leads and head chest (HC) leads in 48 cases of right ventricular hypertrophy were studied, comparing with 30 normal subjects. The result showed: in right chest HC leads the amplitude of pulmonary P waves were higher than the Wilson's; right chest HC leads could help to diagnosis left and right combined ventricular hypertrophy which only appered left ventricular hypertrophy in Wilson leads; T waves' changed remarkably in right chest HC leads when the right ventricle was overloaded.These indicate that the right chest HC leads are superior to Wilson leads in the diagnosis of hypertrophy and functional chang of right ventricle.
