摘要
本文就我国传统教育进行了分析,提出了弘扬个性化教育、培养创造性人格的必要性,论述了个性化教育的内涵及创造性人格的构成要素,同时也提出了教师应该怎样去努力培养创造性人格的一些看法。
From the analysis of the traditional education in our country ,this thesis is focused on the necessity and connotation of the development of characteristic education&training creative personality as well as some suggestions on how to achieve the goal.
