Quality education is new concept, it changes the old educational concept and models. It is the combination of quantity and quality. Moreover, it respects people and lays stress on personal initiative, for it regards learning as an initiative process. Quality education involves many aspects,such as families, schools and society. The improvement of all members in the society optimizes the whole environment. In turn, the optimized environment will contribute to the further development of education.
