The teaching art of teacher in charge of class influences the educational administration and thinking influence in school directly.The article approaches several segments that influence the teacher’s teaching standard combining my several-years thinking educational teaching practice,that is,establishment of prestige strengthening the self-confidencing of student,influencing effect of community,impartial love etc,and search a way of high level and deep penetration in depth of educational administration.
