浅谈大学生入党后的教育与管理

在学生中发展党员已成为各高校党建工作的重要组成部分,本文从学生党员出现入党前后表现不一的情况的原因进行了比较实际的分析,对发展学生党员过程中需要加强的问题进行了详尽的叙述,并对学生党员入党后如何进行再教育提出了一定的见解。

The amount development of Chinese Communist Party members has been one important job in the Party’s Construction in the higher college.Every year,a lot of excellent youngsters join the Party,so the amount of CCP increases gradually.With the amount development of CCP,some problems occurs,we can not ignore these problems.Before the students’ joining the CCP,they studied and worked well,performed very activety.But after they joined the Party,they changed so much,their performance is not good as before,some of them act worse than common students.This essay illustrates these reasons why these cases happened and compares practically.And meanwhile,the author states and emphasizes these problems which being required to strengthen and affords his opinions about how to re-educate these new Party members after their joining the Party.
