摘要
加强教育法制建设 ,推进素质教育制度化、法制化 ,必须重视增强校长的法律意识。本文从校长的治校观、权力观、平等观、民主观、竞争观等方面分析了校长的法律行为 。
To strengthen the building of educational laws, push forward the systemization and institutionalization, it is imperative to attach importance to school principals' awareness of laws. This paper analyses the school principals' behaviour concerning laws in terms of their points of view of such aspects as school management, power, equity, democracy, and competition in order to reveal their viewpoints of legal values.
