硫酸盐体系电积金属镍中活性涂层钛阳极的研制 被引量:2

STUDY ON ACTIVE COATED Ti-ANODE FOR NICKEL ELECTRODEPOSITION IN SULPHATE SYSTEM

摘要 本文研制了一种新型活性涂层钛阳极,在硫酸盐体系电积金属镍中,与通常使用的铅银阳极相比,具有较低的槽电压和电能消耗,每生产1t 镍可节省电能485.72kW·h 左右。新型阳极运转寿命长,在工作电流密度700A/m^2下),连续运转24 264 h.电化学研究表明,所研制的阳极对析氧反应具有很高的电催化活性,交换电流密度 i°值为23.44×10^(-5)A/cm^2,比铅银阳极的高两个数量级.对活性涂层钛阳极失效原因进行了分析. A new and active coated Ti-anode for nickel electrodeposition in sulphate system has been developed.Compared with the common Pb-Ag anode,the Ti- anode possesses lower cell voltage and power consumption and can save power about 485.72 kW·h per ton nickel.Under the working current density of 700 A/m^2,Ti- anode could operate 24 264 h without stopping.It is indicated in electrochemical re- search that Ti-anode has a high electrocatalytic activity for oxygen evolution,which is two orders of magnitude higher than that of Pb-anode if the exchange current density i°comes to 23.44×10^(-5)A/cm^2.Failure causes of Ti-anode are also discussed.
