激光焊接的发展现状及展望

本文综述了国内外激光焊接设备、工艺研究以及工业应用的发展现状.介绍了激光焊接区别于传统焊接方法的主要特点,焊接对激光器、激光模式、导光系统的要求以及激光焊接中主要参数的影响.预计三、五年后激光焊接的工业应用将得到较大发展.

The recent development of the device,technological research and industrial applications of laser beam welding at home and abroad is summarized in this paper.It is discussed that the main feature of the laser beam welding is different from that of the common welding methods.The demands for the laser device.the laser mode and the guiding beam system for welding as well as the effect of the main para- meters during laser beam welding are also analyzed in detail.It is estimated that the industrial applications of laser beam welding will be greatly developed in the next three or five vears.
