铜屑气相法去除粗TiCl_4中钒杂质的研究

摘要 本文报道了铜屑气相法去除粗 TiCl_4中钒杂质的研究结果.铜屑气相法能将粗 TiCl_4中钒杂质的含量从0.061 wt%降低到0.00058 wt%.温度对除钒效果有显著的影响,最好的温度范围是250—300℃.单位流量对除钒效果也有影响,应该选择得适宜.粗 TiCl_4中铝杂质的含量达到一定浓度时会影响除钒效果,是一个值得重视的问题.对失效铜屑进行了再生回收处理,采用3%氨水洗涤,再生效果最好.铜屑的单耗小于10g/kgTiCl_4,最好条件时仅为3.9g/kgTiCl_4。再生铜屑的除钒效果比初次使用的铜屑的还好. Results of removing V impurity in raw TiCl_4 with copper scraps by gaseous phase method are reported.The volume of V impurity can be reduced to 0.00058wt%from 0.061wt%.Effect of temperature on V removal is obvious.The best temperature range is from 250℃ to 300℃.The unit flow should also be chosen properly because it influences on V elimination.It is worth highlightnig that when the volume of Al impurity in raw TiCl_4 comes up to a certain concentration,it will impair removing V.The ineffective copper scrap can be regenerated and when 3% NH_4OH is used to wash it,the regeneration result is the best.The unit con- sumption of copper scraps is below 10 g/kg TiCl_4 and can be reduced to 3.9 g/kg Ti- Cl_4 under the best conditions.Effect of removing V with regenerated copper scraps is better than that with the fresh ones.
