海滨砂矿筛选-螺旋选矿新工艺的研究

STUDY ON THE NEW PROCESS OF SCREENSPIRAL SEPARATION FOR BEACH PLACERS

海滨砂矿因成因不同,一些矿床在有用矿物与脉石矿物间存在着明显的比重差及粒度差.针对这一矿石性质特征,提出了筛选-螺旋选矿新工艺设想.其工艺特征是,采用高频细筛预先筛选,丢弃低品位筛上物,筛下物入螺旋选矿机选别,获得重矿物混合精矿产品.经实验室研究及工业试验达到了预期目的并已用于生产,取得了显著的技术经济效果.文中对矿石性质,工艺流程、使用设备及技术经济指标作了全面阐述.本文对提高海滨砂矿资源的开发效益,简化工艺流程,降低生产成本具有一定意义.

Due to the cause of formation of beach placers,specific gravity and size differences between valuable minerals and gangues obviously exist in some mineral deposits.A new screen-spiral separation process is proposed directing at the charateristies of this ore.In the process,a high-frequency vibration fine screen is applied at the first stage;the low-grade oversize obtained is removed and the under- size is taken into spiral separator so as to obtain the mixed concentrate of heavy minerals.By use of this process in laboratory and commercial tests,desired results are achieved and technical economy benefit has been realized in production.Moreover, the ore properties,the process flowsheet,the equipment used and technical economy benefit are explained in detail in this paper,which has certain significance on increa- sing the effect of exploiting beach placer resources,simplifying process flowsheets and reducing the production cost.
