用熔铸-助熔剂法制备SiCp/Al-20Si分散型复合材料的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用熔铸-熔剂法制造 SiCp/Al-Si 复合材料,并研究了复合材料的机械性能和抗磨耗性能.结果表明,选用氟盐作助熔剂,可有效地改善颗粒与基体溶液间的润湿性,提高了复合效果.复合材料的硬度值及弯曲强度都比基体合金提高25%左右,抗磨耗性极为优秀,比基体合金提高近10倍.2.5wt%-5 wt%SiCp/Al-20Si-4 Cu-0.7 Mg 复合材料,有着铸造工艺性好,弯曲强度高,比磨耗量低的特性,是一种理想的高强抗磨材料. In the paper,the mechanical properties and wear-resistance of SiCp/ A1-20Si composite made by casting-flux method are studied.Results indicate that the wettability between particles and the molten metal can be modified effectively with fluorides as flux,Hence,the composite effect is improved.The hardness,bending strength of the composite can be increased by about 25% in comparison with those of Al-20Si matrix.It is noteworthy that the wear-resistance of the composite is excel- lent and the wear rate of the composite is approximately 1/10 that of the matrix Al- 20Si alloy.From the above results,authors conclude that 2.5wt%-5wt%SiCp/Al-20 Si-4Cu-0.7Mg composite is an ideal high strength and wear-resistance material which possesses good casting property,high bending strength and low wear rate.
