天马山金-硫铁矿矿石工艺矿物学研究

摘要 采用光学显傲镜、电子探针和物相分析等方法研究了天马山金-硫铁矿矿石中金的赋存状态.结果表明,砷以毒砂形式存在,粒度属可选范围.金以金银互化物形式存在,多分布于矿石力学薄弱部位.但因97%以上颗粒尺寸小于74μm,充分解离是困难的.矿石磨至100%-74μm 时,仍有47%的金分布于其它矿物中.预计金的浮选回收率将接近53%左右.约有27%的金粒表面存在不同程度的覆膜,主要成分是硫和银,对金的浮选不会有很大影响. The occurence state of Au in the gold-pyrite ore from Tianma mountain is studied by means of the optical microscope,electron probe and phase analysis etc.Results show that arsenic exists in the form of arsenopyrite,the grain size of which is at the floatable range.Gold,in the form of gold-silver compound (alloy),is mostly distributed in the weak mechanical part of ores.Its sufficient libe- ration is difficult because over 97% of the grain size is below 0.074mm.When the ore is ground to 100%-0.074mm,47% of gold is still distributed in other minerals. It is estimated that recovery of gold flotation will be close to 53%,about 27% of the surface of gold particles have films of sulphur and silver to different degrees, which has no significant effect on gold flotation.
