摘要
对用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定选矿产品中钽、铌、钨、锡四元素进行了研究,并拟定了准确、快速测定它们的方法.测量的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%—4.2%,加料回收率为94%—106%.当试样中共存元素铁、钛、锰、钙含量分别不大于10%时,对测定结果没有影响.在测定范围内,钽、铌、钨和锡四元素间无显著影响.
Determination of Ta,Nb,W and Sn in mineral processing pro- ducts by ICP-AES has been studied in this paper.A method to determine these pro- ducts accurately and rapidly is proposed.Results show that the relative standard devia- tion (RSD) is from 1.6% to 4.2%,and the feed recovery is 94% to 10%.When the contents of Fe,Ti,Mn and Ca in tested samples are less than 10%,respectively, no effect is seen on determination.Within the determination range,Ta,Nb,W and Sn have no obvious effect on each other.
