In this article, the author expounds his views according to his teaching experience,which is how to make good and new relation between teachers and students in the modern information communicative society.Teachers have to give up the traditional educational opinion 'output by teachers, input by students'.Teachers should lead students in learning and researching actively, and teachers' love and lofty virtue will make students change their passive learning into active learning. In the article, the author also stresses that teachers'views, virtue and comprehensive qualities are the key to make good relation between teachers and students.
