建立香港人民币离岸金融中心的探讨

为了保持国内金融的稳定,中国人民银行对于香港建立人民币离岸中心持审慎态度。但从顺应我国金融市场开放和人民币国际化需要出发,著者建议,人民银行应正确引导并推动人民币离岸中心在香港早日形成,提高香港国际金融中心的地位。

In order to maintain the financial stability in China, the People's Bank of China is cautious in establishing the RMB offshore financial center in Hong Kong. In the author's opinion, the PBC should guide and promote the establishment of the RMB offshore center in Hong Kong, so as to strengthen Hong Kong's position as an international financial center and to conform to the opening-up of China's financial markets as well as the internationalization of RMB.
