Capital inflow and the ideological change in foreign exchange administration

本文回顾了1994年汇率体制改革以来外汇管理理念的演变,分析了当前我国资本流入的新形势,并对资本流动全程监管这一外汇管理目标理念施行过程中需要考虑的问题及采取的对策提出了自己的见解。

The author reviews the evolution of the foreign exchange administration ideology since the foreign exchange rate regime reform in 1994, and analyzes the current situation of capital inflow into China. He then presents his own opinions on the problems and solutions in implementing the forex management objective of whole-process capital flow supervision.
