规范准备金的构成, 提高货币层次指标的准确性

Regulate the reserve composition and improve the accuracy of money strata indexes

尽管我国和美国赋予M1的表达形式都是相同的,但在内涵即准备金的构成上却有着很大的不同,由此引发出很多值得探讨的问题。为了促进我国的准备金制度与国际接轨,扩大商业银行的经营能力,笔者建议,有必要将商业银行的库存现金纳入准备金的范畴。

Despite similar denotations for M1, China and the US differ greatly in M1 connotation, i. e. the reserve composition, which has raised many problems. The authors suggest that the vault cash of commercial banks should be brought into the reserve category, so as to bring China's reserve system in line with international practices and strengthen the operation of China's commercial banks.
