With the worldwide booming of Intemet, E-business, as an important form of the new economy, has permeated and integrated with the financial market. And electronic trading platform (ETP) has gradually and even totally replaced traditional market trading patterns. This paper discusses the latest development of ETP and its influence on the financial market, and provides opinions about ETP's impacts on the traditional operational patterns of the financial market.
