摘要
阐述5A66铝合金光谱分析标准样品的制备工艺、数据处理及定值结果。在制备过程中,采用自制专用中间合金、分步调整化学成分法等先进工艺技术,保证了制备的标准样品成分均匀。采用极差法进行均匀性检验,多家协同定值,定值准确。
The preparation process, data handling and certification results of 5A66 were described. During preparation, advanced technologies such as special self-produced inteniiediate alloy, element addition in step, ect. were used to guarantee the uniform composition of the prepared sample. Homogenity was examinated by maxium error method, certification was done by multi-laboratory and the certification is accurate. The spectral analysis standard sample can be used to replace the imported one.
