摘要
利用离子色谱法测定皮革制品中的铬(Ⅵ),选用Dionex Ionpac-AS11柱作为离子分离柱,以电导检测器检测,对离子分离条件进行了研究。在0.5~200mg/L范围内,铬(Ⅵ)的浓度与色谱峰面积(Y)呈线性关系,线性方程为Y=1.265×10^(-5)+0.504,相关系数为r=0.9997,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%(n=7),回收率为87.5%~89.0%。
The determination of Cr (Ⅵ) in tanned leather was carried out by IC with Dionex Ionpae ASll ion exchange column and electrical conductivity detector. The ion separation conditions were studied. In the range of 0.5 ~200 mg/L,the linear regression equation is Y = 1. 265×0-5 X +0. 504,the linear correlation coefficient is 0. 9997. The relative standard deviation is 1. 3% (n = 7) ,the recovery is 87. 5% -89. 0% .
