摘要
以异硫氰酸酯为原料合成了 5种新化合物 ,这些化合物结构均经1HNMR ,元素分析确定。经生物活性测试 。
Five new thiourea derivatives were synthesized from the intermediate isothiocyanate. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and Elemental analysis. The preliminary biological tests showed that several compounds have some antivirual activity.
