摘要
应用真空磁控溅射、溶胶 凝胶方法和电沉积方法分别在玻璃和导电玻璃表面制备了纳米TiO2 薄膜。纳米TiO2 薄膜的热致亲水性研究表明 ,这是由于热处理对TiO2 薄膜表面的清洁作用除去了吸附的水和有机污染物而产生的。TiO2 薄膜的光致亲水性可能也源于紫外光照产生的活性粒子对TiO2薄膜的“光清洁作用”
TiO 2 thin films were prepared by three different methods including sol-gel, electrodeposition and DC reactive magnetron sputtering methods respectively. It is found that a hydrophilic surface can be obtained through heating the TiO 2 thin films. It is proposed that the hydrophilic surface was resulted from the annealing-induced cleaning effect for TiO 2 thin films. It is also proposed that light-induced hydrophilicity for TiO 2 thin film may be resulted from the light cleaning effect for the surface.
