摘要
由 L-苯丙氨酸出发 ,6步合成了光学活性的 3 -苯基 -(1 ,2 S) -丙二胺 ,然后与水杨醛衍生物反应制得非C2 对称的手性 Salen。
A chiral Al(salen) catalyst possessing no C 2-symmetry was prepared by the reaction of diethyl aluminum bromide with the salen derived from substituted salicylaldehyde and 3-phenyl-(1,2S)-propanediamine, which was obtained from L-phenylalanine via a six-step synthesis.
