综述 2 0世纪末我国气象和凌洪灾害的影响、产生灾害的原因及主要预测和减灾措施 ,文后提出几个值得重视的问题。

This paper systematically narrated the weather in China,the effect to iceflood disaster,the reasons of disaster generation,main forecast and method for reducing disaster at the end of this century.It also posed several problems that should be valued.
