泰来县是黑龙江省西部重点干旱县份 ,在多年的抗灾斗争中 ,总结了一套完整可行且有效的抗旱措施。
Tailai is a county in the west of Heilongjiang ,where serious drought is frequently happening.In fighting the drought disaster for over many years,the author has found a whole set of feasible and effective drought resistance methods.
