区域复合系统可持续发展指标体系及其评价方法

Index system and evaluating method for sustainable development of regional complex system

依据可持续发展理论,把区域复合系统分为资源、环境、经济、社会4个子系统,并根据4个子系统的发展水平及相互之间协调运行对区域可持续发展的影响,构建出区域的REES系统运行模式,从而设计出区域可持续发展的指标体系结构框架;在此基础上提出了用主成分分析法确定区域各子系统的发展水平,用回归分析法确定各子系统协调发展水平的区域可持续发展评价方法.

On the basis of the theory of sustainable development, the regional complex system was divided into four subsystems: resource subsystem, environment subsystem, economy subsystem, and society subsystem. A structural frame of an index system was designed for evaluation of the regional sustainable development by consideration of the effects of the development level of the four subsystems and their coordinated operation on the sustainable development, and an operating mode for the regional REES system was established. Furthermore, the principal component analysis method was put forward to determine the development level of each subsystem, the regression analysis method was used to determine the level of their coordinated development, and a method was provided for the evaluation of regional sustainable development.
