三峡永久船闸启闭机液压系统调试及故障处理

摘要 人字门液压系统按启闭机有杆腔、无杆腔系统压力值 1.5倍进行压力试验 ,压力试验完成后对液压系统进行压力调整。在单机单闸首调试及无水调试过程中行程开关报警故障多次重复出现 ,人字门行程开关由机械式XCK -J116H2 9改为德国P +F公司的NBB15 -3 0CM60 -A2型感应开关后 。 Pressure tests of the hydraulic drive system for miter gates of shiplocks at Three Gorges Project were conducted with test pressure in hydraulic cylinders equaling 1.5 time their rated pressure. After completion of pressure test, pressure adjustment of the hydraulic drive system was carried out. In the test processes for a single leaf of miter gate and in the case of no water in lock chambers, the warning device repeatedly give fault signals at limit switches of the cylinder piston. NBB15-30CM60-A2 induction switches manufactured by a German company were used to take the place of the original mechanical limit switches and no troubles occurred since then. These induction switches worked well and were not affected by thermal deformation of miter gates.
