摘要
结合西安交大科技园规划实践 ,探讨如何在物质规划中体现和促进创新环境的形成。提出科技园规划的基本原则 :倡导科技、以人为本、尊重自然、持续发展。并就如何在大学科技园实现完善的整体结构。
How to embody and promote the formation of a creation environment in the planning is discussed according to the planning of the high\|tech park of Xi′an Jiaotong University. The principles of planning a high\|tech park are proposed as follows: initiating science and technology, conforming with humanity, respecting nature and sustainable development. How to realize a perfect integral structure, high\|efficient function and multilevel sustainable network in the high\|tech park of a university is also described.
