关于预应力高强混凝土管桩的桩体上浮问题

THE PROBLEM OF PILE SHAFT FLOATING UP FOR PHC TUBULAR PILE

预应力高强混凝土 (PHC)管桩作为一种新桩型 ,近年来在沿海软土地区得到了广泛的应用 ,初期用于多层建筑 ,逐渐发展到小高层乃至高层建筑。在快速推广的过程中 ,发现了PHC管桩在设计、施工中的一些问题 ,其中最主要的是桩体上浮问题。通过对几个工程实例的分析 ,对桩体上浮原因进行了讨论 。

As a new type of pile,the pre stressed tubular pile with high strength concrete (PHC) is getting widely used in many soft soil areas around the coastal region.At the beginning,it was only used on multi rise buliding.then,rapidly on high rise building,In this disseminating process,some problems related to design and construction of PHC tubular pile are discovered,in which,one of the main problem is the floating up of pile shaft.Based on the analysis of several engineering cases,the causes of pile floating up are discussed.
