摘要
应用自行设计与制造的模具 ,将经过软化处理的杉木间伐材进行高温加热、压缩成型 ,并测定了处理材的密度、压缩变形恢复率和硬度等物理力学性能指标 ,以探求较佳的工艺条件。研究结果表明 :杉木间伐材经高温加热、压缩成型处理 。
This paper deals with the high-temperature steam treatment of middle cutting wood of Cunninghamia lanceolata after softening by using mould designed and manufactured by ourselves to compress orthopaedy.Some physico-mechanical properties such as the density,the rate of recovery and the hardness are measured to discuss the optimum condition of the process.The result shows that the physico-mechanical properties of modified middle cutting wood of Cunninghamia lanceolata are improved greatly.
