摘要
引进米蛾在新疆繁殖和利用 ,观察了米蛾的外部形态特征及生物学特性 ,在温度为 2 5~ 2 9℃ ,相对湿度 6 0 %~ 90 %的条件下 ,米蛾发育历期为 4 0~ 5 8d ,随着温湿度的升高 ,米蛾发育历期缩短。在谷制品中添加营养物质 ,筛选出了质优价廉、饲养效果好的DM配方饲料 ,为米蛾的扩大繁殖提供了物质保障。米蛾卵的冷藏试验表明 ,在 0~ 5℃变温条件下 ,米蛾卵的冷藏时间不宜超过 3d 。
For the first time, rice moth was introduced to breed in Xinjiang,the external morphological and biological characters were observed. In the condition of the temperature 25~30 ℃, the relative humidity 65%~90%, the period of growth time is 40~58 days, along with the temperature and the humidity increased, the time is shortened. Through appending nutriment in grain goods, DM feed stuff was screened out with excellent quality and cheap price and good breeding effect, in order to provide technological and material ensure for enlarging breeding.The experiment of rice moth's egg cold storage demonstrated, in the condition of temperature 0~5 ℃,the time of cold storage can't exceed 3 days Otherwise it will be influence ovipositing hosts of oophagous trichogramma.
