摘要
通过对垂直圆盘气吸式播种机种子吸附过程的计算分析 ,找出传统计算排种盘真空度的缺陷 ,指出计算真空度时应考虑种子的重力、离心惯性力和种子从初态到与吸种盘有相同的转速需克服的力三部分。通过分析和计算实例得出减小种子与吸种盘的相对速度可降低空穴率 。
This paper analysed and calculated the suction feed course of vertical seedplate,found the shortage of traditional method of calculating vocuum,pointed out that the gravity of seed and centrifugal force and the force that seeds need from original state to having the same speed with seedplate should be considered.Through analysis and calculation it pointed out that minishing the relative speed between seed and seedplate can reduce cavity rate and improve work efficiency.
